Eyes on Sheppard is a highly reputable Optometric Practice in the Yonge and Sheppard area that is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy and growing office. Applicants must be professional, dependable, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a must. We are looking for a full-time individual who is able to work with a flexible schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in the management of day to day operations
- Works with the senior management team
- Supports the successful execution of business strategies
- Onboarding and the training of staff
- Assist in maintaining quality control for various activities with regards to customer service and patient satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum two years experience in a customer service
- Minimum one year experience in a coaching or leadership role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
