Looking for a professional, highly motivated individual who would enjoy working in an independent Optometry practice that prides itself on a high level of patient care. Opticians, Student Opticians, Optical or Ophthalmic Dispensers, Eyewear Stylists and anyone with related eye care experience is encouraged to apply but we will also consider training the right candidate.

With 2 locations our boutiques bring in several exclusive high-end eyewear collections. Not to mention our family-friendly respectful atmosphere with amazing staff. We treat our staff like family and make this a fun place to work.

Our eye doctors work hard to provide the highest level of service for their patients. Ideally , we are seeking a person with 1-2 years of experience in optometry or optical who believes in the customer journey and is willing to educate with top-notch service. But also recognize that hospitality, retail and medical related experience can also be an asset.

Eyecare Group believes in building personal relationships is critical for success, finding out the needs of each patient is essential in our practice.

Looking for team members who will add value to our team. That means helping people look and feel their best, be able to develop relationships, where 5-star service and rating will create referrals and repeat business from your recommendations.

We know that the lens consultation process is an important part of patient care so you must be able to educate the customer on the features and benefits of Rx lenses being prescribed for the patient. Understand when multiple pairs of glasses may be in the best interest of the customer to meet their needs and must be comfortable making multiple recommendations, educating with more than one optical solution.

Working with the Eyecare Group team will provide an opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally with the potential for more hours and advancement in the future.
