We are looking for an exceptional HR & Office Administrator to join our friendly and professional team as lead administrative contact for 5 doctors, 12 staff, and an ever-growing list of patients and suppliers. If you have a combination of both solid HR oversight of staff and office management experience, especially in a health care setting or service industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Do you have great organizational and team-building skills? Are you a relationship builder who views conflict as an opportunity to improve communication and collaboration? Do you have demonstrated experience leading a team while improving work flow and monitoring the budget? Can you juggle both a variety of administrative projects and support every member of the team while smiling through every challenge? Are you willing to learn new skills in three critical areas of our practice - front desk, pre-test, and dispensing lab – because you know that in order to help staff excel at their job, you first need to know the duties and challenges they handle every day? (Cross-training in all practice departments will be provided.)

This is an on-site position at our Kingston location with occasional travel to our New Minas clinic. Regular hours are 9 am to 5 pm on-site, either fulltime, Monday through Friday, or three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Hourly salary, plus benefits, based on experience.
