Our office is looking for a full-time admin support/Optometric assistant to join our winning team Candidate must be able to multitask, work in a team, have excellent customer service skills and excellent computer skills. Ideal candidate must be friendly and willing to learn quickly.
Must be able to attend to the needs of optometrist and patients in an efficient, timely manner.
Some of the duties include front desk reception, welcome patients and customers, schedule appointments, answering the phones, pretest the patients for eye examination, authorize Insurance, Reconcile OHIP payment, assist customer in frame selection.
Training would be provided to the right candidate. There’s plenty of room for growth.
