Multi-Site Optical Manager

Are you a Licensed Optician who has experience and enjoys the role of Manager within a successful optical environment? Become part of a team of Practice Managers that are working to raise the bar on success in terms of leadership and profitability.

Located in London Ontario, we have 2 locations which are about 7 minutes apart. This role features an $80,000 Annual Salary plus incentives and benefits.

These locations need a strong and independent leader who enjoys managing all the key aspects of a practice:

• Ability to lead your locations independently
• Building and successfully achieving sales budgets
• Acting as a liaison with our professional Optometrists
• Confident in their ability to grow our sales and profitability
• Setting standards and helping our staff to maintain them
• Creating a marketing plan and executing against it
  
• Controlling Accounts Receivable and managing insurance plans
• Managing our Frame Inventory to maximize turns and profitability
