Are you a certified Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician looking for a unique career opportunity? This position is offered full time as a medical aesthetician and optometric assistant. MUST have excellent computer skills, multi tasking capabilities, and a calm and compassionate attitude.
Optometric assistant responsibilities include:
Excellent verbal and communication skills are required (with patients and staff)
An active listener with exceptional patient care
Ability to handle basic problem-solving issues independently
Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and pre-testing patients (we will teach you how to succeed in all these roles!).
Following instructions from your superiors
Punctual, with professional attire
Understanding the day to day routine is the basics of our office.
Completion of optometric assistant certificate or degree is not required. Certificate in medical aesthetics, along with 1 year experience in medical aesthetics is mandatory. We are seeking a person that is capable of our expectations, is interested in the optical field, and will be excited to join our family.
