Immediate opening for a FULL TIME Associate Optometrist needed.

No Weekend requirements

Guaranteed 5 days/week

$600/full day or 21% of gross production – whichever is greater

Minimum $150,000/year.

Health and dental benefits available.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of Optometry Degree and member of the Alberta College of Optometrists

Doctors Eyecare Wetaskiwin is an established independent optometry practice for more than 25 years in the city of Wetaskiwin. We offer a full scope of services including primary care, geriatric and pediatric care, contact lens fittings, dry eye management, glaucoma management, surgical co-management and emergency care. Our focus, and how our patients view us, is as a primary medical institute for the health of their eyes and preservation of their vision.

We use up-to-date diagnostic equipment including OCT technology, Optomap imaging, Oculus keratography, and Humphrey visual field analyzer.

We have licensed opticians on staff to assist with the selection and fitting of fashionable frames and quality lenses.

Only 35 minutes south of Edmonton, where cost of living is lower and amenities are close at hand. Doctors Eyecare Wetaskiwin is a supporter of many community athletic and cultural events. We feel it an honour to support the community that has supported us over the years.
