Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Optical Dispenser to join our team. You will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their eyewear needs, providing exceptional service, and making recommendations on Frames/Sunglasses and lenses from our Eyewear Boutique to best suit the patients life style.

Duties:
* Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescriptions and preferences
* Conduct customized frame styling consultations to help patients find the perfect fit and style
* Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and ensure proper fitting
* Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and other optical products
* Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
* Collaborate with Optometrists and other team members to deliver comprehensive eye care services
* Perform adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting of eyewear

Skills:
* Proficiency in optical dispensing procedures and equipment
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to Optometry and Ophthalmology
* Experience in a laboratory setting for lens preparation is advantageous
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
