- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products
- Assist with store management tasks such as inventory management and visual merchandising
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Strong retail sales experience
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales and upsell products
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately
