Looking for a new Brigade of up to 4 Opticians

We have weathered the challenges and celebrated a great deal of success over the last 18 months so we are super excited to now be fully committed to opening a large new office. The question is simple, do you want to join our brigade?

This full-service optometry office is going to be a hive of professional activity and you will need to be able to dance the dance. We don’t do things by halves and we’re highly passionate about delivering excellence and a memorable patient experience. Oh, and we do it all with a spirited sense of fun!

What will a day look like?

  • No groundhog days – guaranteed!.
  • You’ll be working in an office environment to be proud of.
  • We use i-Clarity EMR and Weave so you'll have an abundance of opportunities to delight patients through all modes of communication
  • Use of amazing technology for patient diagnostics, including wide-field imaging.
  • Working with a professionally amazing team of Doctors, Opticians, CCOA's and Assistants
  • Access to and selection of fabulous eyewear collections to woo and wow patients.
  • Manage all billing to keep the wheels turning.
  • Endless learning opportunities

What you’ll need to bring.

  • Provincial Opticians license or CCOA Certificate for qualified roles.
  • Appetite for and wizardry of the ‘art’ as much as the ‘science’ of optometry.
  • Hard work and positive energy.
  • Sharp skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • ‘Can Do’, patient-centric attitude.
  • Inclusive communication and behavior.

Brigade Schedule and Benefits.

  • 40 hrs per week – Pay rate according to position and demonstrable experience.
  • 1 evening per week – 12:00 - 20:00
  • Alternating Saturdays – 09:30 – 16:00
  • Monthly Patient Satisfaction reward
